REGISTRATION FORM

Please submit your registration information NOT LATER than April 11th.  Your registration and other fees are due by April 22nd via check, cash or money order made out to STASMO.  Mail to STASMO, PO Box 8958, Brownsville, TX 78520. 

If you prefer to fax in a hard copy go to the Workshop Homepage and print out the Pre-registration form.  Fax completed form to STASMO Secretary, Jose Leal of Los Fresnos CISD at (956)233-1295.  His phone number is (956)233-6276

Fees, Lunch:  Member/Lunch- $15 (each)   Non-Members- $25    (lunch fees are non-refundable)

Membership Fee:  Schools/Govt Entities: $25 for group     Vendors: $50 per company

Sponsoring a booth: (8' table):  $350 each  maximum of 3

Making a Presentation:  $350 (non-members, to make a presentation will need to pay membership fee of $50)
